Investor Relations Dashboard
- Select a new metric in the upper right to see how "your" company compares to its top competitors.
- Notice the results of this analysis displayed in a natural-language summary – in other words, in plain English.
- Click the "What–if" menu to try out the dashboard’s forward-looking, forecasting functionality.
Accounts Receivable Dashboard
- With a couple of clicks, you can track standard
receivable aging, billed amounts vs. unbilled, and outstanding vs. paid balances. - View details of key receivable metrics for a
specific job while simultaneously monitoring
the aggregate trends of multiple jobs. - View data in both short-term time periods, such as
30-60-90 days, and longer time frames, such as 6 years. - Display data both in graphic and
tabular formats and print it.
Performance Scorecard
- This scorecard displays number of metrics for a list of oil wells, getting an overall sense of the ranking via the alert colors of the icons.
- Click each icon to display the corresponding data for that specific oil well in the table below.
- Thus the user can get a sense of the "big picture" from the colored alerts – the red icons, representing the bottom quartile, just jump off the grid. But the drill down capability allows the user to focus on each individual well at the same time.
Sales Pipeline
- Choose the region by clicking on the radio buttons or directly on the map. The area on the map is shaded red/yellow/green to indicate the status of the pipeline sales vs forecast.
- In the grid below, a list of the top ten deals in the territory stage in that area is displayed.
- When you click on one of the deals in this list, the outcome of all deals at the territory stage for that particular rep is displayed in the pie chart to the right.
